I use written, spoken, and visual narratives as strategies to heal, create, and grow the talent living in individuals and systems. As a coach, facilitator, and teaching artist, I am interested in narrative methods for a variety of sense-making applications. Some projects include:

I designed the Transformative Narratives™ method, an applied storytelling approach for healing, creative development, and personal growth. Recently published is a book chapter, “Women’s Self-Leadership Through Transformative Narratives,” in Changing the World With Words: A Transformative Language Arts Reader, Vol 2, Eds. Caryn Mirriam-Goldberg and Ruth Farmer (2014), and a Haiku poem in Sonia Sanchez's anthology, Peace is a Haiku Song (2013). My current writing project is a collection of personal essays, Transformative Narratives: A Woman Emerging As Leader of Her Whole Life (2016).
