We are seeking a Procurement and Engagement Specialist to add to our team in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Are you curious about what a PAES role entails?
Job Summary
A PAES is the conductor for three different divisions within the D2D organization. (eCommerce, Real Estate Investing, Supply Chain Consulting). This role is key to managing the accounting activities for all divisions of the D2D organization. The primary focus for this position is to grow our eCommerce division, manage all aspects of accounting activities and to manage the acquisitions for our investment division. In addition, this position will have primary responsibility to coordinate and execute our yearly “give back” to the community known as “Good Neighbors Rehabs”. This role will have direct contact with clients, staff, virtual assistants, suppliers, animals (dogs) - we love our puppies, and vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a pleasant and personable demeanor in a fast-paced environment. This position is a stepping stone into a managerial position based on the growth goals of the firm and your contribution towards those goals. Some evening and weekend hours may be required.

Essential Functions and Skills
Ability to see high level (big picture) and perform detailed tasks
Responsible for Accounting activities
Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable activities for all three divisions
Revenue Chaser (make sure we get paid)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, OneNote), Quickbooks, etc.
Ability to relate to people, put clients at ease, and maintain professional yet personable relationships with staff and clients
Have compassion for both animals and humans
Show commitment, compassion and conduct themselves with the utmost of integrity
Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
Time management skills
Impeccable organizational skills
Tech savvy (ability to navigate software, computer programs, etc.)
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience with lead generation and/or willingness to be trained in such tasks is a plus
Experience and/or be willing to call prospective clients/suppliers, etc.
Experience in or with e-Commerce
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle and manage conflict
Aptitude for idea generation
Ability to lead others
Experience with social media marketing
