Overthinking is often blamed as the problem, but that's not accurate. Thinking itself isn't the issue. The real issue is that you're thinking doesn't stay stable long enough to support your decisions or any decision. You move the possibilities and outcomes but nothing feels certain enough to hold onto so you go back over it again.

Not because you enjoy it, but because you're trying to reach a level of certainty that never fully settles in this makes the feeling of being stuck in your own mind, constantly analyzing stuff without a revolution
