We are hiring youth soccer coaches for our Nike Soccer Camps, town partnership programs, and Academy Program across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Coaches lead age-appropriate training sessions and camps that build players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and love of the game in a safe, well-organized environment. We're looking for reliable, communicative coaches with playing and/or coaching experience — preference given to candidates not currently affiliated with another club or program. This is seasonal work: fall and spring sessions run 12–20 hours per week, and summer camp season runs 25–30 hours per week. Pay is competitive and based on experience.

At Next Step, we believe the best players are built through purposeful development.

Our Annual Program creates an environment where players are challenged to improve every part of their game—refining technical ability, expanding tactical understanding, building physical confidence, and developing the mindset needed to compete at the highest level.

Every training session has a purpose. Every challenge creates growth.

The next level is earned through the work you put in today.
