We are hiring youth soccer coaches for our Nike Soccer Camps, town partnership programs, and Academy Program across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Coaches lead age-appropriate training sessions and camps that build players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and love of the game in a safe, well-organized environment. We're looking for reliable, communicative coaches with playing and/or coaching experience — preference given to candidates not currently affiliated with another club or program. This is seasonal work: fall and spring sessions run 12–20 hours per week, and summer camp season runs 25–30 hours per week. Pay is competitive and based on experience.

Our Summer Journey is coming to an end.

Hundreds of players across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

From Milton to Newport, Ridgefield to Mount Holyoke — including our first-ever residential camp — this summer was about building skills, confidence, and a genuine love for the game.

Thank you to every player, parent, and coach who made this season one to remember.
