Or experienced the opposite, where the outcome was in your favor, but the process felt unfair?
Over the years, I've learned that people often care just as much about *how* decisions are made as they do about the decisions themselves. When people feel heard, respected, and treated fairly, they're more likely to trust the outcome, even when it's not what they hoped for.
That's why I believe fairness matters more than outcomes.
