This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their courage, sacrifice, and devotion will never be forgotten.

As we gather with family and friends, may we also take a moment to reflect with gratitude on the freedoms we enjoy because of their selfless service.

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at Milestone Funeral Partners.

Today, we celebrate and remember the incredible mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures whose love continues to shape our lives. Whether they are with us in person or held close in memory, their kindness, strength, and guidance leave a lasting legacy that never fades.

May this day bring comfort, reflection, and gratitude for the beautiful moments shared with the mothers we cherish so deeply. ❤️

We’re still energized after seeing our profession recognized last week in Times Square through Chptr’s “The First Call.”

We are so proud to be part of a profession that shows up for families with compassion and care every day and so thankful for the recognition.

What a whirlwind, and truly incredible experience this past Thursday.

We had the honor of taking part in “The First Call,” a powerful national tribute to funeral directors, right in the heart of Times Square. For a profession that so often works quietly behind the scenes, it was a rare and unforgettable moment to see those who serve families in their hardest hours recognized so visibly and meaningfully.

For 15 minutes, the faces and voices of funeral directors were front and center—sharing the story of the people who answer the call at 3am, who step in when everything changes, and who carry more than most will ever see.

This campaign, provided by Chptr and supported by NFDA, Tribute Technology, and Homesteaders, is only the beginning. It will continue to reach communities across the country through television, radio, and digital platforms—helping others better understand the vital role funeral directors play every single day.

Heather Rauch, Milestone’s Director of Marketing, was proud to be there in person to witness it all and represent our amazing team. It was a meaningful moment to see Heather as well as Kevin Enea featured on a Times Square billboard as part of the tribute.

The experience was incredible, and this is just the start of something bigger.

Tonight, funeral directors from across the country will be recognized in Times Square as part of The First Call.

This national moment shines a light on the people who guide families through loss, show up in life’s hardest hours, and help communities honor those they love.

For many, funeral directors do some of the most important work there is, often quietly and without recognition. Tonight is a reminder of the care, compassion, and responsibility this profession carries every day.

The event will be live streamed on Chptr’s page tonight: https://www.facebook.com/joinchptr

We’re so excited to share that we are taking a step forward in how we help families honor, remember, and connect.

Milestone Funeral Partners is expanding our partnership with Chptr—a digital platform dedicated to celebrating life through meaningful storytelling. Together, we’re introducing new ways for families to share memories and keep their communities informed, including televised death notices, social media remembrances, keepsake videos, and memorial slideshows.

By leveraging trusted local news outlets and modern digital tools, we’re creating more accessible, meaningful ways to share life stories.

This initiative builds on a successful pilot in Central New York, where families and funeral professionals alike have embraced these new opportunities for connection and remembrance.

We’re honored to continue supporting the families and communities we serve with thoughtful innovation—because every life deserves to be remembered and every story deserves to be shared. 💙

Milestone Funeral Partners is proud to celebrate Julie Williams and members of her preneed counseling team, who were honored this week at the Homesteaders Leadership Conference in Phoenix.

Out of nearly 3,700 agents nationwide, only the top 100 are invited to attend—and Milestone was represented by three: Sara Collins ( #15), Kristen Russell-May ( #17), and Arden Wallace ( #94). An incredible achievement!

We’re grateful for the dedication, compassion, and professionalism this team brings to the families they serve every day. Their recognition not only reflects their impact, but also highlights Milestone’s strong national presence and our valued partnership with Homesteaders.

Today, on March 11th, we celebrate National Funeral Director Recognition Day.

At Milestone, we are incredibly proud of the compassionate professionals who serve families every single day. Funeral directors do far more than organize services — they provide guidance, comfort, and steady support during some of life’s most difficult moments.

From meeting with families and coordinating meaningful tributes, to ensuring every detail is handled with care and dignity, their work truly makes a difference in the lives of those they serve.

Today we extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated team members across the Milestone network, as well as funeral professionals everywhere who answer this calling with compassion, professionalism, and heart.

Thank you for the care you provide, the respect you show, and the comfort you bring to families and the communities you serve.

Please join us in recognizing and thanking your local funeral director today.

February is National Heart Month, and at Milestone, we are proud to “Go Red” in support of heart health awareness. Heart disease remains the #1 cause of death for both men and women in the United States. Cardiovascular disease claims the lives of nearly 1 in 3 women, and symptoms in women can often look different than the classic signs we hear about. Awareness, prevention, and education truly save lives.

That’s why our team wore red this month — to help spark conversations about heart health, encourage regular checkups, and remind our families and communities to take proactive steps like:
• Monitoring blood pressure and cholesterol
• Staying active
• Eating heart-healthy foods
• Knowing the warning signs of heart attack and stroke

Supporting National Go Red Month is one small way we can stand together for healthier hearts and stronger communities.

Join us in wearing red, checking in on your loved ones, and taking one step toward better heart health. ❤️
