Today we're taking a little break from celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and all of life's special moments to celebrate something close to my heart — being a Cat Dad! ❤️

For those who haven't met her, this is Solo, my fluffy, four-legged boss who pretty much runs the show around here! 😂

She may not help me answer messages, schedule signs, or come up with new ideas for Yard Love Auburn, but she's definitely an expert at supervising, demanding attention, and leaving enough hair behind to remind me who's really in charge!

🧡🎗️ OCTOBER SIGNS OF KINDNESS WINNER! 🎗️🧡

Some people have a way of making the world a little brighter, even when they're facing some of life's toughest challenges. ❤️

This month, we are incredibly honored to recognize Jenna Chambliss as our October Signs of Kindness recipient! 🎉

Jenna was nominated by her coworker, Katy Stiles, who shared these beautiful words:

💬 "I would love to nominate my coworker, Jenna Chambliss! She is fighting breast cancer right now and is still such a ray of sunshine and a source of positivity and encouragement for everyone around her. To know her is to love her!"

Jenna was also nominated by another thoughtful individual who wishes to remain anonymous. Their nomination shared something equally inspiring:

💬 "Despite that she has remained ever positive and has launched an initiative this month to raise money for women who need mammograms."

💕 Think about that for a moment. While facing her own battle with breast cancer, Jenna is finding ways to help other women get the care they need.

That is what kindness is all about. That is what makes Jenna so special.

During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we couldn't think of a more meaningful person to celebrate.

Through our Signs of Kindness – The Kelsey Long Project, we have the privilege of recognizing individuals who make a difference in the lives of others, and Jenna is a beautiful example of that mission.
