IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING OUR VOICEMAIL

We want to make our customers aware of an ongoing phone and voicemail issue affecting Brown’s Appliance Services.

Since the transition from U.S. Cellular to T-Mobile, our cellular and voicemail service has become extremely unreliable. Most concerning, our voicemails are currently being split between two separate voicemail systems. Some messages appear normally on our phone, while others are routed to a separate voicemail system without appearing in our regular voicemail inbox.

Unfortunately, this means we may not know that you left us a message.

We have spent considerable time troubleshooting the issue, both over the phone and in person. T-Mobile has reset our voicemail system and attempted to correct the problem, but it continues.

At this point, T-Mobile has told us there is nothing further they can do and that their own employees experience similar voicemail issues on their personal phones.

For a business that depends on reliable communication with its customers, that simply isn’t an acceptable answer. We are currently shopping for a new cellular provider.

In the meantime, we sincerely apologize to anyone who has left us a voicemail and did not receive a return call. We are not ignoring you—we may genuinely have never received or seen your message.

Until we have this resolved, if you leave a voicemail and don’t hear back, please call again or send us a text message.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get away from this problem and restore the reliable communication our customers deserve.

The next generation of Browns Appliance has started mowing yards!
My son, he’s 8 and is trying to get a few small yards to mow in the LA area.
He’s worked hard and saved up, and has a push mower and string trimmer. So small yards for now…but he has plans to expand.

We’re Open Again!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the support, kind words, and prayers over the past week. Our family went through a whirlwind when our son faced a major medical event that required multiple surgeries. It was an incredibly intense and challenging time, but we are so grateful to share that he is doing well now!

We owe so much to the amazing team at Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital. Their dedication, compassion, and expertise made all the difference, and we can’t thank them enough for their outstanding care.

With our son on the road to recovery, we’re happy to announce that Brown’s Appliance Services is open for business again! Your support and understanding during this time mean the world to us. We’re ready to get back to helping our community with their appliance repair needs.
