It wouldn't be summer without a few heat warnings. OSHA has some tips for protecting yourself in extreme heat:
• Dress for hot conditions in light-colored, loose-fitting, lightweight clothing
• Drink plenty of water
• Take rest breaks
• Find shade or cool areas
• Check in with anyone wearing a face covering—and change masks frequently

Please watch out for each other. Symptoms like weakness and wet skin; headache, dizziness, or fainting; nausea or vomiting; dry hot skin (without sweating); or convulsions or seizures should NOT be ignored. Get the person to a cooler area, do not leave them alone, and seek medical care.
