Chef Nick and our Worcester, MA culinary team created a delicious grazing table for their café’s featured special! Featuring a popcorn chicken bar with orange ginger, sweet and sour, and teriyaki flavors served alongside steamed rice, guests enjoyed customizing their dishes to perfection. Great job, team!

When our Waltham, MA client’s development team achieved a major milestone, General Manager Chip and his culinary team were there to make the celebration unforgettable! They served a catered breakfast featuring a French tropical fruit platter, Kane’s Donuts, OMG Framingham bagels with house-made cream cheeses, Stonewall Kitchen jellies, and fresh fruit and yogurt parfaits. Fantastic work by GM Chip and the team, and congratulations to our client!

Our District Manager Tijs, shared some fantastic photos from the Day of Caring BBQ at our Howell, MI location! This year’s event featured an expanded menu and served over 500 guests—earning rave reviews for the food. Chef Brian and his team, together with Executive Chef Larry and Chef Kevin, did an outstanding job bringing this event to life. Well done team!

Chef Manager Jo-Marie, from our Wilmington, MA location, has a deep passion for baking. Just hand her a bowl of butter, sugar, and eggs, and she’s in her element!

Chef Jo-Marie’s culinary journey began in childhood, inspired by her mother’s elaborate birthday cakes each year. She began baking for friends and family about twenty years ago, quickly receiving requests from mutual friends. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she dedicated time to refining her techniques, allowing her to truly sharpen her skills.

A remarkable self-taught baker, she embraces every opportunity to learn and loves to experiment with new recipes. Chef Jo-Marie acknowledges that her incredible team is essential to her baking success, allowing her to bring these creations to life. She often shares her special skills and creativity with other locations, collaborating on special events.

From Executive Chef Larry, “Guests in North Andover, MA got a sneak preview of the Seoul Bowl, that will run companywide in August, during their monthly Guest Chef event.

We sold 231 bowls today during lunch service. Very fast service on the Action Station, steak was carved to order. We went through 15 gallons of Kimchee!

The culinary team at our Worcester, MA café recently catered a spectacular event for their clients—complete with passed hors d’oeuvres, an impressive grazing table, and a live performance station.

Guests enjoyed an array of delicious offerings, including mini chicken tikka skewers, crispy shrimp bao buns, charcuterie boards, la tavola di pasta, and a show-stopping carvery board.

Huge shoutout to our Worcester culinary team, Executive Chef Larry, and Director of Culinary Steve for their outstanding ex*****on and creativity!
