ACTION ALERT! East Alabama Medical Center has expanded its vaccination clinic and volunteers are needed to help process all the shots. Please consider signing up, and if you are a business leader consider allowing your staff paid time off to work a half day or whole day shift.

Volunteering also qualifies you to receive a vaccine.

Construction on Highland Terrace in Columbus, Georgia is almost complete!

Vizion Driven Communities developed this 102-unit senior property with our partners NeighborWorks Columbus and investors Red Stone Equity Partners and lenders Sterling Bank, Synovus Bank, and Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust. This development was funded with LIHTC and an AHP grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.

Things moving and shaking in Florence! VDC is very excited to be a part of the team redeveloping Cherry Hill Homes for the residents of the city. The residents will get brand new units to replace the outdated, obsolete housing. We'll also add new units, expanding affordable housing options for Florence.
