That's a wrap on Day 2 of our video shoot! Today the cameras moved over to spotlight our Tru by Hiltonand Homewood Suites - Valley Forge team members, who sat down for on-camera interviews sharing what makes Forge Hospitality such a special place to work.

From first-time jitters to confident, genuine storytelling .... this crew brought it! 🌟 Watching our team members open up about their experiences, their growth, and what our culture means to them was honestly one of the best parts of this whole process.

And... that's a wrap on Day 1! Today our cameras rolled at both the Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/Oaks and Hampton Inn & Suites Valley Forge / Oaks as we kicked off production on two exciting video projects!

🎥 Video #1 is a destination marketing showcase, spotlighting everything Forge Hospitality and the beautiful surrounding markets have to offer travelers looking for their next stay.

🎥 Video #2 takes it a step further — a behind-the-scenes look at our company culture and core values, featuring real stories straight from our own team members!

Speaking of which... huge shoutout to the team members who stepped in front of the camera today for the first time! 🌟 From hitting their marks to sharing genuine, heartfelt stories about what makes Forge Hospitality special, you all were absolute naturals. Lights, camera, and confidence .... you nailed it!

Wrapping Up Housekeeping Week with Big News: eTip Has Landed! 💚📱

As National Housekeeping Week comes to a close, we wanted to end on a high note — and this one's a big deal. We're thrilled to announce that eTip, our new cashless tipping platform, is officially live across all of our hotels!

Here's how it works: guests simply scan a QR code right in their room or at the front desk .... no app download, no login, no cash needed. Just a few taps and they can show real appreciation to the housekeepers, front desk agents, and team members who make their stay great. Powered by Visa Direct, tips go straight and securely to our team members' accounts.

This launch ties directly into two things we value most as a company: innovation and being thoughtful in how we take care of our people. Housekeeping Week is all about recognition, and eTip gives our guests an easy, modern way to say "thank you" any day of the year .... not just this week.

And the best part? It's already working. Our teams are already receiving tips through the new system!

Housekeeping Week Keeps Going Strong! 🎉🍕

The celebration continues! Today our teams enjoyed a snack cart stocked with treats and cold drinks, sweet housekeeping-week cakes, a pizza spread to fuel the day, and some well-deserved recognition and prizes handed out along the way.

Every single day this week has been about one thing: making sure our housekeeping teams feel appreciated for the incredible work they do. Because a slice of pizza, a treat, or a small prize goes a long way in saying thank you.

Day 2 of Housekeeping Week: Tacos, Spa Bags & Flowers for Days! 🌮🌸

The celebration continues! Day two brought a Taco Tuesday feast, spa gift bags, and fresh flower bouquets delivered straight to our incredible housekeeping teams ... and honestly, the smiles say it all.

Recognition like this isn't a "nice to have." It's essential. The people who show up every single day to make sure guests walk into a clean, comfortable, welcoming room deserve more than a passing thank you ... they deserve to be celebrated, out loud, in front of the whole team.

So today, we said it with flowers. We said it with tacos. And most importantly, we said it with genuine appreciation for the hands and hearts behind every guest stay.
