Last night, our Forge Hospitality leadership team traded conference rooms for wind tunnels at iFly King of Prussia — celebrating a record-breaking few months and the incredible teamwork happening across our entire portfolio!

From Hampton Inn & Suites Valley Forge / Oaks, Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/Oaks to Tru by Hilton, Homewood Suites - Valley Forge , all the way out to our Holiday Inn Morgantown - Reading Area — every single team member has helped push us to new heights. This one was for YOU. Thank you for the hustle, the heart, and the results. Here’s to flying even higher together! 🚀

Competitive spirit: activated. 🏆

Team Forge spent the evening at The Barn on Bridge for the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association's networking event and let's just say our sales team came ready to play.

Good food, better company, and a lot of trash talk between rounds. Nights like this are exactly why we love this industry: the people. The folks who show up, compete hard, laugh harder, and remind you that hospitality is really just one big extended family.

Massive thanks to PRLA for pulling this together, and to Robert Ryan Catering & Design for keeping the food and drinks flowing all night.

We pulled teams from every department — front desk, housekeeping, sales, maintenance, management, and everyone in between — out from behind the scenes for an afternoon of sunshine, dodgeballs, and full-on team spirit.

🥇 Congrats to our Homewood Suites - Valley Forge crew for bringing home the Camp Forge trophy — you dodged, you dived, you dominated.

👕 And a huge shoutout to Tru by Hilton for winning Best Team Shirts. Style points matter, people.

Add in a food truck loaded with good eats (hello, cotton candy 🍭) and you’ve got the recipe for a genuinely great day with genuinely great people, across every corner of our properties.
