Our oldest daughter is graduated!!!!!
I wanted to come on here and Thank all my customers for being patient with me the last few weeks as I was busy at home as well at the shop. It was a tad stressful but exciting all at the same time.
Evelyn was my first born and it was such a special moment for our family.
Little Maycie also graduated preschool last Thursday and what a special week for us!!!
I will be getting my schedule done for pick ups as soon as we can and I haven’t forgot about everyone that needs picked up.
As the weather gets nicer the schedules get busier but just know we try our best and appreciate all our loyal customers!
Thanks again for all your support!!!

Looking forward to spring very much!

Friday isn’t looking good temperature wise!!!
Carrie-D Away Redemption will be following the Audubon School schedule, if it’s a 2 hr late start, I will be there at 10am, if it’s closed due to cold I will also be closed! I don’t know too many people that like the cold weather including myself so thank you for understanding and hope everyone stays warm and safe with these cold days ahead!

Air temperatures Friday morning will range from the upper teens to near 20 degrees below zero across northern Iowa, with single-digit below-zero readings expected across southern Iowa. A slight northwest wind will make temperatures feel more like -20° to -45° across the state.

These values are cold enough for frostbite on exposed skin in a matter of minutes. If you’ll be outside early Friday, dress in layers, cover exposed skin, and limit time outdoors where possible.

Why do we report on wind chills instead of air temperatures? Wind chill reflects the rate of heat loss from exposed skin, indicating the risk of cold-related injuries like frostbite and hypothermia, which the actual air temperature alone doesn't capture.
