Hey, Fb family! I’m feeling really good and really positive today! As God continues to show Himself, the plans He has for SAFE become clearer and clearer. On July 1st, I prayed and claimed this month to be a month of advertising and networking, and claimed to have referrals/contracts come in starting August. Since July 1st, I’ve received numerous phone calls, emails, and inquiries. On yesterday, I actually got my very first FIRST contract bid with a GA State agency 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾! He stepped in BEFORE time!! I’m beyond excited about SAFE!!! SC, don’t y’all let GA outshine y’all now! Lol! Claiming and believing Esphesians 3:20 for my “idea”!!!

The Foundation of S.AF.E., LLC

God has blessed me to operate, grow, and thrive in my field for over 18 years now. Over the years, I’ve been blessed with many employment opportunities. I always thought of my professional path as my journey. Didn’t know why God would send me places, but I would continue my journey while trusting the process. I now realize I was being exposed to many different populations and positions to grow me professionally and as well as personally. From Case Management, Assessing, Counseling, Lead, and now Directing, it was/is ALL PURPOSED, and S.AF.E. encompasses it ALL. The summary of this journey is, Mental Health is my baby, Children and Families are my heart, and Teens are my passion. And sometimes when you look back over it all, you just can’t pick one and S.A.F.E. allows me to do it all in ONE environment….

About our services:

SAFE (Structured Analysis Family Evaluation) Home Study Assessments - The SAFE home study assessment is a standardized home study developed by the Consortium for Children. The SAFE home study assists agencies in performing a thorough, structured, and uniform evaluation of families who have applied to become foster or adoptive parents. The SAFE home study assists in identifying and addressing both strengths and areas of concern that may impede functioning, as well as parenting.
Use of a standardized home study assessment is one of the tools agencies use in documenting the analysis of the determination as to whether or a not a prospective foster or adoptive home is fit and qualified for caring for children placed in out-of-home care. Consideration must be given to the importance of matching a prospective foster or adoptive home with a child whose needs can be met in that home. The home study determines if a family is ready, willing, and able to become a suitable and safe placement resource for a child or children using the criteria of safety, permanence, and well-being.
Target Audiences: Pre-Adoptive Families, Foster Families
