Proven Where It Matters Most: Real-World Patient Safety
At Iron Temple Training Center, our philosophy has always been simple: training must work in the real world.
That is why our programs are not built solely in classrooms or training environments; they are tested daily in real crisis situations through our Patient Safety Details (PSD).
Patient Safety Details deploys experienced Iron Temple Team members alongside healthcare staff to support high-risk patients who may be experiencing behavioral crises, agitation, or emotional distress. Our role is to ensure safety through non-escalation, trauma-informed care, and professional de-escalation techniques, enabling clinical teams to concentrate on providing the care patients need.
Over the past six years, Iron Temple Team members have logged over 50,000 hours working directly with high-risk patients in healthcare settings.
The results speak for themselves:
• 50,000+ logged hours in high-risk patient crisis environments
• 1 report of minor injury to an Iron Temple team member
• 0 injuries to hospital staff while our team was on detail
• 0 injuries to patients while under our supervision
These outcomes are intentional—the result of a deliberate approach to crisis management based on:
· Non-Escalation strategies
· Trauma-Informed Care
· Professional De-Escalation techniques
· Real-world Response Control training
What makes our program unique is that our trainers and instructors handle these details themselves. They spend countless hours in real patient crisis situations, continually refining the techniques they later teach to healthcare professionals and security teams.
This means when Iron Temple instructors step into a classroom, they are not just teaching theory; they are sharing what has already proven effective in real-world situations.
Patient Safety Details create a strong feedback loop for our training programs. Each real-world interaction improves our methodology and reinforces the effectiveness of the Iron Temple standard for safety, professionalism, and patient dignity.
In healthcare environments, safety is not just about control; it’s about protecting people, preserving dignity, and bringing situations back to a Safe State.
At Iron Temple Training Center, we don’t just teach crisis response.
We live it.
