This position is accountable for the picking and packing of warehouse product so that customer orders can be filled accurately and sufficiently during night shift, Sunday through Wednesday 5:00pm – until closing.
• Pull product via specific customer order on a hand held scanner.
• Keep totes and pallets organized according to truck loading sequence.
• Check orders according to established department policy.
• Observe safety procedures and notify Night Warehouse Manager of any unsafe situations or violations of safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean and free of obstructions and review work section prior to leaving shift to ensure that Stockers have safe and free access to product.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Night Warehouse Manager.
• After initial 60 days of employment, should be able to attain section picking goals.

Compensation
Starting at $10.00 per hour during training period – Production and Accuracy Based Pay (On Avg. $12.00 to $14.00 an hour)

Special Skills
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs regularly during 8 to 10 hour shift
• Experience in filling customer orders – warehouse or fast food environment
• Experience with pallet jacks, lifts desirable

Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and past successful warehouse experience to include use of case cutters, pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts.

Physical Requirements
Standing – This is a demanding position which requires a person to be on his feet 4 to 6 hours per day. It is necessary to stand in one area for an extended period, and at times necessary to climb over or onto obstacles to complete work.
Lifting – This involves lifting and moving cases in warehouse and on shelving. Some case weights can be as high as 60 lbs. with an average case weight of 30 lbs.
Environment – Work performed is in a facility without air conditioning or central heating, with cold and hot weather stress. This includes a cooler/freezer which ranges in temperature (38-42 degrees in cooler) and (6-12 degrees in freezer

This position is accountable for front office operations including the switchboard and customer service.

• Answer all non-customer incoming calls via the switchboard and properly routes calls to company personnel.
• Handle all customer calls which can include but are not limited to orders, credits, payments, applications, product information, and complaints.
• Elevate customer calls that require additional information or require higher authority for resolution.
• Serve all pick up order customers and properly invoice and obtain payment for goods sold.
• Handle driver call ins of credits during deliveries.
• Upload customer orders to the AS400 and monitor route sales personnel transmissions to ensure information received is accurate.
• Check in drivers as they return to warehouse after deliveries.
• 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm

$12.50 per hour

While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; and talk or hear. This position is accountable for the proper delivery of warehouse products to customers,
accurate collection of all money due, proper recording of any adjustments
product/money, and safe DOT compliant operation of company trucks.
• Deliver product via specific customer order documents including invoices and
tote sheets.
• Operate truck according to HFW & D.O.T. policies and procedures.
• Collect funds as required by account and properly account for all route
collections.
• Accurately record product or money adjustments on proper documentation and
according to HFW policy.
• Maintain communication with HFW personnel by having your company provided
Tablet on and charged.
• Complete route in a timely, accurate and safe manner.

Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and past successful route delivery experience. Must
have current CDL Class A or B license, current medical card and a current MVR with
minimum citations, preferably none on a 3 year period.

The Beverage Equipment Service Technician & Route Associate is an entry level position and reports to the Sales Manager. Key segments of the Beverage Equipment Service Technician & Route Associate include businesses that provide coffee to employees and consumers, i.e. Convenience Stores, Grocery Stores, and Food Service establishments. Providing outstanding service is the responsibility of every HFW employee.
The Beverage Equipment Service Technician & Route Associate is a route service technician that will assist in servicing our existing customer base throughout Georgia and South Carolina. The successful Beverage Equipment Service Technician & Route Associate will:
• Master all aspects of route operations
• Run various routes within the 2 states as needed for coverage
• Perform QA/Equipment Inspections
• Achieve goals set by the manager

• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position which are required to successfully perform each essential responsibility. These physical demands may include, among other functions:
• The ability to safely climb up and down stairs or ramps at customer locations, and in and out of trucks.
• The ability to sit and walk for extended periods of time.
• The ability to use hand tools and fingering/handling to operate buttons/levers of equipment.
• The ability to push or pull up to 250lbs with the use of hand truck, and lift equipment or product up to 55lbs.
• The ability carry product up to 40lbs.
