Heavy Equipment Operator
This outdoor role requires working in various weather conditions from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate heavy equipment (bulldozer, excavator, loader, etc.) to process and move green waste, concrete, and dirt.
• Take directions from the Yard Supervisor
• Complete daily pre-operation checks and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and proper function.
• Ensure tasks are completed within set timeframes.
• Manage work time effectively to meet demands of the yard.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain excellent communication with the team and supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Be adaptable and work well in a team environment while also being able to work independently.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery (bulldozer, excavator,
• loader, etc.).
• Ability to take directions from the Yard Supervisor while managing your work independently.
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical.
* 7:00AM - 5:00PM (Monday - Friday) - Guaranteed Overtime
* Starting @ $15/ Hour - Depending on Experience
