The Manufacturing Planner must be able to create manufacturing, process, and quality plans and bill of materials based on customer blue prints and specifications. Planner will possess ability to manage and coordinate with Quality, Materials, Engineering, Manufacturing functions. Planner will be creating manufacturing plans thorough understanding manufacturing practices, opportunities, and limitations to determine the most efficient methods for production.
Responsibilities:
· Plan manufacturing jobs through the complete manufacturing process
· Ensure traveler details are clearly defined
· Provide support and resolve technical problems as the arise
· Timely review, validation, incorporation of changes or updates into electronic and paper travelers to support manufacturing schedules
· Implements continuous improvement opportunities
· Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
· Candidates must possess a High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
· Candidates must have at least one (1) year of relevant experience in aerospace or general manufacturing.
· Candidates must have demonstrated experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, CAD models, and specifications.
· Candidates must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
· Candidates must have demonstrated experience with the full Microsoft Office suite and general computer skills.

Other Qualifications:
Preference shown to candidates who have experience and/or working knowledge of:
First Article Inspection (FAI) Planning.
Aerospace planning.
Reading and interpreting quality documents and customer specs.
Complex tool design, fabrication, and assembly.
Candidate must be a US Citizen.
