I am Lisa Meyer, the proud business owner and breeder at Georgia Dachs. My passion for Dachshunds started at a very early age. My mother has been a huge influence and taught me how to respect, love, and have compassion for these beautiful dogs. I was raised around them my whole life and when I was ready, I too became a dachshund breeder for this amazing and beautiful breed. The feeling that I get

when I am surrounded by the natural love, quirkiness and particular characteristics of these brilliant dogs only intensifies and solidifies the choice I made to become a caring and responsible dachshund breeder. I want to be able to share this wonderful experience with others and provide the best quality pet to loving homes. My Husband is amazing supporting every aspect of my venture and helping out along the way. I couldn't do it without him.

🐶🏆Well it happened! MyGaDachs has our very first “bred by” Champion!!!🏆🐶
MyGaDachs Times They Are A Changing (aka Evie) is a new Champion!!! She was beautifully handled in the ring by Marietta Singleton. She won back to back majors in the past 2 days. Our Evie is out of our chocolate and cream “Sassy”. Sassy was bred to Marianne McCullough’s GCH Kenmar’s Charismatic from Scanpoint (aka Gatsby), and Evie was selected from my litter by multiple judge friends evaluating her multiple times. Boy were they right!! She’s a beautiful little true mini weighing in at just over 10 pounds and has the sweetest disposition mixed with a little sass. Evie is Gatsby’s FIFTEENTH Champion, and he really stamped his beautiful conformation on her. Looking forward to one day getting some puppies from Evie to show. 🐶🐶🐶🐶 Thanks to all my friends who continue to teach me what I need to know about showing. I love my show family and have had a great time here in Greenville, SC. The show committee did a great job of putting on the show and had the best prizes!!

These pictures are from back during the winter. The 1st stacked picture is from when she was 4 months old.

She’s 10 months old now and is well on her way to getting her Championship. We just need the shows to open back up so she can compete. She’s getting prettier and prettier. Excited to get this pretty little girl back in the ring.
