This is for men AND women. Wife, send to your husband. Husband, send to your wife. Most of our conflicts can be solved with just a little effort attempting to understand the others experience. It goes a very long way. Also! Speak up!! Don’t let small problems turn into impossible issues.

Imagine if more people understood that men and women are different 🤯….so many of our problems would be solved. Ladies: men are not big women. They don’t see the world the same way we do. We have to be way more explocit with our wants and needs and communicate better. Men cannot read our minds. Men: women are not little men. We don’t se the world the same way you do. Our motivations are not the same as yours. Do not assign your male perceptions, actions, or assumptions to ours. ❤️❤️

How you feel about yourself directly relates to how much she wants you….this week I’ll be sharing PROVEN (yes, proven) ways to connect more often with your spouse. These are things I usually only teach my 1:1 clients, and while you won’t get it all…I’ll share just enough 😃Follow for more….The videos are coming! #

Can a man actually change? YES. Everyone can and, if you’ve done it you know it. If you haven’t this might be news to you. Watch to learn more.

There are some experiences you can’t fully explain, you have to feel them. I had the privilege of experiencing the ancient tradition of Banya with an amazing woman dashabodycare who grew up with this ritual in the Siberian countryside, taught by her grandmother.

This ritual is rooted in generations of tradition, where heat, water, touch, and nature come together to create something far deeper than a massage.

I did this with her right before I learned about my Pituitary Tumor (which is being dealt with and monitored and not a problem at this time). There was a sense of calm in me as I learned of my health issues and I believe my experience here was definitely related to my handling of some scary health news.

Using traditional whisks and intentional bodywork, the practice is designed to cleanse the body, release what we’re carrying, and create space for physical and spiritual reconnection.

It was intense. Grounding. Emotional. And unlike anything I’ve experienced before.

A reminder that sometimes healing isn’t about doing more, it’s about creating the space to release.

If you do this then you are quietly filling your body with resentment and your partner is losing all respect for you . Take this the wrong way, if you want, but I encourage you to listen to the whole thing before thinking you understand the message, which is this: stand by your convictions while trying to understand your partner’s experience. Understanding one another is a deep service to the bond and leads to both empathy and solutions. Staying true to what you believe and speaking honestly and with clarity about what matters is leadership. Don’t give all of your power to her. She doesn’t want it.

I’ve been hearing this question a lot lately, but I think we’re asking the wrong one.

Yes, choose someone you’re attracted to. Attraction matters. But lasting relationships are built on far more than chemistry.

Whether you’re dating, engaged or have been married for 20 years a better question is ‘What do you actually value and why do you value it?’

When you understand the story behind your values, you make wiser decisions about who you choose, what you’re building together, and how you navigate conflict when life gets hard.

Singles: this helps you choose a partner with greater clarity instead of simply following chemistry.

Married couples: this helps you understand each other more deeply, repair conflict more effectively, and build a relationship rooted in something stronger than feelings alone.

Self-awareness isn’t just about finding the right person.

It’s about becoming the kind of person who can navigate challenges and build a relationship that lasts and PS it’s okay if you’re the person who wants to impress the people walking by, as long as your partner shares in those values, also!

15 years.

We’ve built businesses, raised babies, crossed borders, chased big dreams, failed, grown, laughed and cried.

We aren’t the same people who said “I do”… and I’m grateful for that.

15 years later, and my favorite thing we’ve built isn’t our business or the life we’ve created, it’s who we’ve become. And continue to be.

Happy Anniversary of the day we became us, our favorite one. There isn’t a life I want without you, Matt❤️

I love the way we look at each other.

I love the ways you (occasionally) indulge me😌

I love the father you are to our kids (and, sometimes, to me🤣)

I love how handsome you are.

I love how silly you are.

I love how cool and athletic and fun you are.

You are an adventurer, a risk taker, a unique thinker. Thank you for being you.

Sometimes I just gotta show him off 😌

Most men don’t struggle in their relationship because of what they say…They struggle because of how she feels when they say it.

You think you’re leading. She feels judged.
You think you’re helping. She feels criticized.
You think you’re being logical. She feels unsafe.
And then you wonder why she shuts down… or pulls away. I know it’s frustrating, but a few extra words around that logic will go a long way.

If you want your relationship to change, this is one area where it starts.
Stop correcting and Create safety first
