The Augusta Recreation and Parks Department invites families to celebrate Halloween with 11 community events happening October 20–30 at recreation centers throughout Augusta-Richmond County!

Families can look forward to Halloween-themed fun, trunk-or-treat activities at many locations, and opportunities to celebrate together! 🧡

🌧️ In the event of inclement weather, outdoor activities will move indoors.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made one business day prior to the program date. No refunds will be issued thereafter.  If the UGA SBDC cancels the class, students will have the option to receive a refund or have the amount paid applied to a future SBDC class.

📈 : How can my small business learn about government contracting opportunities?

Augusta’s Compliance Department helps connect businesses with information, programs, workshops, and resources designed to increase understanding of contracting opportunities and requirements.

The department also administers Augusta’s Local Small Business Program (LSBP) and Minority-Owned and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Program, along with other business participation initiatives.

73 years ago today, on July 30, 1953, President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed the Small Business Act, establishing the U.S. Small Business Administration.
