If you haven't heard, our 2nd Annual Raising the Roof with Laughter is September 17th at the Elaine Wolf Theatre in Denver.
You won't want to miss this night of fun, laughter, and raising funds for The Argyle's - Legacy Journey.

Our evening's opening comedian features Bob Meddles, the voice behind Hail Geezer. A veteran comic who has toured the country for more than 20 years. Bob has performed in front of thousands of people -- and he remembers almost half of them. The states, not the people. Bob shines a hilarious spotlight on the everyday struggles we all face as the warranty on our bodies begins to expire.

Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA)

The State's Emergency Rental Assistance Program offers two entry points based on where a household is in the eviction process.

1. CERA Pre-Application Window (August 10–12):
The CERA pre-application window opened Monday, August 10, and will remain open through Wednesday, August 12, for households that have received a Demand for Nonpayment of Rent or are further along in the eviction process. During this three-day window, eligible households can submit a pre-application to be considered for rental assistance.
Applicants may complete the pre-application online or receive assistance at any CEDP office. Walk-in support is available at our Denver and Colorado Springs offices, and support is available by appointment at our Durango office.
Applicants selected through the pre-application process will receive an email with instructions to complete the full application and submit the required documentation within the required timeframe.

2. Daily Random Selection:
The Daily Random Selection process is separate from the pre-application window and begins after the pre-application window closes on August 12.
Households that have received a Summons and Complaint or are further along in the court eviction process may contact the Care Center at 303-838-1200 to be entered into the Daily Random Selection process or visit one of our offices.

CEDP has offices in Durango, Denver, and Colorado Springs, and their teams are available to support applicants across the state.
