A decade ago, I embarked on a journey fueled by a deep-seated vision – to redefine success for businesses and leaders. Our mission was simple yet resolute: to equip visionaries with the tools and resources to navigate storms and emerge fortified. This odyssey began in Albany, Georgia, not as a mere business endeavor, but as a five-year commitment to development, laying the groundwork for the powerhouse that is Vision Strategy Management. In this transformative year, our strategic framework, '5S for Business Success,' took shape, guiding our course.
2015 - Triumph Amidst Trials:
In those formative years, challenges were not seen as obstacles but rather as opportunities for our vision to showcase unparalleled resilience. Each obstacle became a stepping stone, propelling us forward in our unyielding pursuit of excellence. It was in this pivotal year that our research and reach expanded, touching the lives of businesses, corporations, and entrepreneurs.
2017 - Crafting a Foundation of Excellence:
Approaching our fifth year, Vision Strategy Management began to solidify its programmatic offerings and codify its database offerings. Collaborating with public figures, celebrities, thought leaders, and dynamic leaders, we not only helped define their visions but also set the stage for sustained success. The commitment to excellence, coupled with the unwavering dedication of every team member, laid the foundation for the revered "Roadmap 2 Success" – a signature program guiding businesses towards their zenith.
2018 - Expanding Horizons:
With an unwavering gaze fixed on the future, we expanded our horizons, reaching new markets and forming partnerships that resonated with impact. Exploring the vibrant cityscape of Atlanta, GA, and birthing the transformative Transitioner’s Retreat - BRIDGE, we embraced growth on both a regional and national scale. The birth of the Vision Strategy Management industry mentorship program, paving the way for students from 'collegiate to company,' marked a significant stride in our commitment to fostering the next generation of visionaries. The VSM database matured, and partnerships flourished.
2020 - Navigating Uncharted Waters:
In the tumultuous year of 2020, as global challenges unfolded, we stood shoulder to shoulder with our clients and organizations, weathering the storm together. It became a year of establishment, where partnerships grew stronger, sustainable processes emerged, and we leaned into innovation.
