Looking for a rockstar ops assistant for implementing ops initiatives for a growing Financial Services company.
Perfect if you're a go-getter who likes to build and ship systems FAST, assess data/performance, and fine-tune it to perfection.

Requirements:
Most important is mindset & drive -- you take full ownership of your role, don't ask for permission, and take imperfect action to drive progress at all times
Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
Critical thinker - you are comfortable proposing solutions to leadership without be prompted to do so (you have a proactive Figure It Out mentality)
Systems builder - you love building systems and streamlining processes (especially with automation)
Data-driven: you are able to analyze large amounts of spreadsheet data and prioritize recommendations. Skilled with pivot tables and formulas. Experienced with setting up KPI dashboards.
Automation/Tech proficiency: GHL, Zapier, Monday, ClickUp, and AirTable
Experience with creating SOPs
-Experience with high ticket info/service offers
This is a full-time role for someone looking for future advancement into a potential COO role.
We have other 6/7 fig offers who need operational leaders in the next 6-12 months.
You'll work alongside and report directly to COO so you'll sink or swim but either way, we'll save both of us time.
Compensation: $4000 - $5000/mo (90-day trial, open to re-assessing at end)
