Job Title: Project Manager (Part-Time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager (PM) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a PM, you will be responsible for effectively managing project tasks, facilitating communication between the business owner, development team, and customers, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, well-organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

- The ability to meet in person, at least once a week, with the business owner or development team.
- Must have a personal computer and consistent internet access.
- Proficiency in using Discord for communication purposes.
- Gmail account for documentation purposes.
- Experience using Github.com as a code repository.

Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Manage the team task list and ensure tasks are assigned and completed according to project requirements.
- Transform meetings into task lists by breaking down topics discussed into actionable tasks for the engineering team.
- Convert relevant information from customer-provided documents into tasks for the engineers.
- Regularly report task progress by gathering status updates from the engineers.

Miscellaneous and On-Off Tasks:
- Occasionally set up in-person meetings, which involves dedicating approximately 15 hours of work to the job. The PM will need to bring their own laptop for these meetings.
