The U.S. Department of State Authentications Department has announced that we can expect a THREE day turn-around on walk-in service for the next several days while they get caught up on their backlog of mailed in requests. Let's hope they get caught up quickly!

A reminder: Texas Franchise Tax Reports are due May 16th (the 15th falls on a Sunday this year). Here is a link if you want to file on-line: http://www.window.state.tx.us/webfile/
If you can't file on-line and anticipate needing a Good Standing Account Status within the next 4-8 weeks, we can walk it in for same day processing.
