Always testing/experimenting. Ran out of milk at the office, but still wanted an espresso drink, so I went the carbonated route.

Espresso tonics are great, but the quinine can be too bitter at times. (For my palate) So I opted for a double shot of our single origin Colombian over a half cola/half sparkling water mix.

Verdict: For my taste, the ratio wasn’t sweet enough to balance the strength of the espresso, so next time I’ll probably do 2/3 cola to 1/3 sparkling water. 🫧☕️
