This year we officially put a profit-sharing program in place at Moontower tied to our team’s 401(k)s.
For 2025, we committed 10% of earnings before tax toward an employee profit-sharing contribution that gets distributed across eligible employees through their 401(k).
We structured it this way on purpose. Anybody can hand out a random bonus after a good year, but we wanted to do something that encourages long-term thinking and helps our team build toward their future while helping build this company.
Moontower wouldn’t exist without the people behind it. We appreciate the effort, commitment, and teamwork that everybody brings to the company every day.
Still a small company, but trying to build something solid and sustainable the right way.
