To my Texas friends in DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Central Texas.

The weather is forecast to drop below freezing on Monday and Tuesday (Jan 15-16). This will make the pipes in your home and buildings susceptible to freezing and burst. Keep your building above 60 degrees and I'd recommend to have an opening to the attic to allow heat to get in to keep those pipes from bursting.

If a pipe burst then call a local mitigation company. I will be available to assist with the insurance claim.
