A bit of Monday reflection from our Founder and Managing Director at Copperbox, Wayland Lum:
"A core value we live at Copperbox is bringing the power of nature, wonder, and magic to our leaders - to help them gain perspective, find the inspiration in their work, and ignite their creativity. Last Friday, I took one of our clients on a Core Purpose Wander at Balcones National Wildlife Refuge in Texas Hill Country (giddyup!). We incorporated elements of self-reflection, mindfulness, coaching, and discussion, with simply being in the beautiful surrounds of the preserve.
Nature has its way of helping us tap into our Values, enlivening our Senses, focusing our Intentions, and helping us draw from the Timeless Wisdom that's all around us. Ice cold beer at the end of the trailhead also has its part to play. :) Shared moments. Shared learning. Leading to transformational growth. This is why we are passionate about the work we do."
