So much has changed since these photos were taken earlier this year by the talented Rhaven 💛

Life is full of mountain tops and deep, dark valleys. Rejoicing and weeping. Security and uncertainty. Love and loss. Health and sickness. Life. And even though this past year has had some significant changes for all of us, I’m grateful to have the role I have as a florist within the wedding industry. Just like all careers, it has it’s challenges and hoops to jump through. But I think about why I started Floral Jane, and it wasn’t to “play with flowers” or “make more money”
Definitely not either of those 🥴

But it was a desire fueled by my pregnancy with Laurel Jane, a motivating factor to start something that could hopefully last. And while doing so, impact others in a meaningful way.

I’m thankful for the opportunity to flower special days and events for lovely people. 🌼

I just got a much needed hair cut by the fabulous Stef here in Phoenix. So so thankful! 🙌🏼 plus when I walked in, Laurel was legit big eyed and smiling. It was cute but I was like, what have I been lookin like these days 🥴😵‍💫 haha. Now I feel ready to tackle these floral orders🙌🏼🌼

About 2 gals who saved the day…

Back in June, I had the beautiful opportunity to provide flowers for my dear friend’s wedding in Colorado.

These two creative angels stepped in and helped me in ways I can never repay but am forever 100 times grateful for!!! 🙌🏼💛

I wish I could hire them both and we could become a forever flower fam, but it appears they love their current jobs :)

Just a shout out to two gals who came through. And worked so creatively behind the scenes with me for our dear friend’s wedding day. And I think it turned out pretty great 🥰

Just wanted to note how thankful I am for flower friends and acknowledge how much of a BLESSING it is to have them.

ALL friends are a blessing :)

But for the purpose of this post, specifically my flower power friends 🌼💛

It takes a team. Florists, freelancers, designers who have helped me OUT / are currently helping me out. It takes us all to make your floral dreams come true.

Like, Abby.

I met Abby maybe 6 years ago now, at my first floral job :) And we just clicked. And she’s become one of my favorite people ever. Recently she flew to MN with me to help me design for another sweet friend’s wedding🌿🌾

Just wanted to acknowledge all the hardworking flower people out there! If you haven’t hugged your team lately, go do it :)
