They are all smiles and professionalism when they first reach out, but the moment you’ve completed the job, they vanish—no responses to emails, no returned calls, nothing.
It’s a blatant pattern of behavior: they lure in security professionals, get the job done, and then ghost when it’s time to pay. After the first email, they go completely silent, showing zero professionalism or integrity. This is not just an oversight or a delay—it’s intentional fraud.
Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from XpressGuards. They do not value their contractors, they do not honor their agreements, and they will waste your time and energy.
