Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
General Summary:
Develop, execute, and monitor lead generation and other marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
Essential Functions:
· Design, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, landing pages or digital campaigns, and events.
· Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
· Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
· Schedule and post social media content.
· Create and execute lead generation programs.
· Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and programs.
· Support administrative tasks.
· Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
· Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
· Work with external agencies and vendors to support marketing programs
· Responding to emails, inquiries, comments, and direct messages.
· Propose marketing strategies, budgets, and metrics for each product line
· Create and maintain the product knowledge base
· Organize weekly meetings and marketing calendar
Essential requirements / training / experience
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
· Basic knowledge of design
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Must be organized and detailed oriented
· Above average English reading, writing, and grammar
· Ability to work independently in a startup environment
· Customer service-oriented skills
