Consulting through the process of negotiating, purchasing, and revamping Tracy’s Drive-In Grocery was some of the most fun and fulfilling work I’ve ever experienced. Taking an additional 4-month role in helping hand the torch of the legacy of Tracy’s (since 1942!) off to the new owners was an exciting challenge and immense joy. From setting up a coffee bar to installing a POS and inventory system, and hiring to helping set up procedures and operations, this awesome project was a full process. AnneMarie took the reigns and led the charge with her husband Athan Schindler and partners Ryan and Samantha Holiday. Community, love, friendship and hard work is what Tracy’s is about and this store will continue to succeed because of the devotion, commitment, and sweat. I’m so proud to have been part of it!

It was a blessing to work with San Antonio based TAG Coffee. We helped expedite their already successfully path to big progress. My consulting partner and I realized quickly that they had a recipe for success. Co-owners Levi and Sarah brought coffee knowledge and experience while Morris and his wife Erin brought business expertise and a solid cause they’re very passionate about - they donate 50% of their profits to children’s shelters. ❤️ This made it all the better to assist TAG in adding fuel to their fire.
