Hi friends!
While I will happily still do photo shoots with you, you may have found it harder to get in touch with me on this page. That’s because I’ve been focused on what is now my primary business venture, Mostly Well.
Two years ago I completed my personal trainer certification and started Mostly Well to inspire women to care for their bodies so they can enjoy fuller, more confident lives.
The good news is that with its focus on women over 35, many of you may find value in the services Mostly Well provides.
For example, my online course Transform helps women take charge of their wellness, even when life gets hectic. The course guides women through 8 weeks of bite-sized lessons on creating healthy habits, refining fitness plans, prepping nutritious meals, and managing stress. Our first cohort of women is a few weeks into the course, and the progress is rewarding to watch.
Some women have started using smartwatches to track their blood pressure.
Others have pushed themselves to exercise at higher cardio zones.
One client nearing 60 is excited that she can now swim for an hour without getting winded.
Small changes like these add up to greater longevity and quality of life over time.
We also have a Summer Camp coming up in Ohio. With strength training sessions, yoga, nature hikes, healthy cooking classes, and lodging in an adorable converted barn, this is an upgrade from the summer camps you attended as a kid!
Finally, I offer women’s activewear, on-demand workouts, and lead a women’s health-focused Book Club.
