IDCO Studio

IDCO Studio A creative studio for Interior Designers. Website templates, branding, bespoke websites and Instagram management.

At a certain point, every growing studio reaches a shift: you stop functioning solely as the designer and begin stepping fully into the role of studio owner.

Designing becomes only one part of the job. The other part is building the structure that allows great work to happen consistently.

That means creating systems for communication, documenting processes, refining workflows, and building a studio that can support growth without relying on you for every single decision.

For many designers, this transition can feel uncomfortable, but it’s also the beginning of sustainable leadership. The question shifts from How do I get everything done? to How do I build a business that functions well long-term?

If you’re currently in that season, this is exactly why we create the tools we do at IDCO Studio: to help designers build stronger operational foundations alongside beautiful work.

Our 30% off sitewide sale is live now—no code needed.

What’s one system or process your studio needs most right now?

Created for the designer who’s ready to elevate their brand, but not quite ready to invest in a fully custom identity, our Semi-Custom Brand Suites are your in-between (that doesn’t feel like a compromise).

It all begins with a thoughtfully designed foundation that then becomes entirely your own through personalized refinement. You’ll work directly with one of our designers to tailor the details—logos, colors, marks, and more—so your brand reflects your distinct point of view.

In just two weeks, you’ll walk away with a cohesive, elevated identity designed to carry across every touchpoint from your website to your client-facing materials.

What sets it apart from custom?
— A faster, streamlined 2-week turnaround
— A more accessible investment
— A proven design direction, refined just for you

Each release is limited, ensuring your brand still feels considered, distinct, and elevated. Discover our brands at the link in bio.

This is the stage where many studios plateau.

In the beginning, growth feels like momentum—more inquiries, more projects, more opportunity. But eventually, something shifts. Revenue slows, the workload feels heavier, and the business starts to depend entirely on you. What’s often happening is this: the founder is still the primary executor. Every decision, every approval, every question runs through one person. And at a certain point, growth can’t outpace your capacity.

Studios that move beyond this stage make a critical shift from doing the work to building the systems and teams that allow the business to run without constant involvement.

It’s not always comfortable, but it is necessary.
If your studio feels stuck, start here: What decisions still depend entirely on you?

Those are your bottlenecks, and your next opportunity for growth.

You can feel confident in your pricing and still struggle to explain it.

That hesitation? It’s usually not about your rates. It’s about not having a clear, repeatable way to communicate them.

When your pricing is structured, your delivery becomes simple. Clear. Unapologetic. And clients respond to that clarity.

Because most pushback isn’t about the number, it’s about understanding the value behind it.

If you’ve ever found yourself over-explaining, adjusting on the fly, or softening your stance mid-conversation… this is for you.

Save this for your next client call.

Meeting notes aren’t just a recap. They are your paper trail, your clarity, and your client experience all in one. When everything is documented, decisions stick, expectations stay aligned, and projects move forward without the back-and-forth.

Our Meeting Notes template was designed for the ultimate branded note-taking (and sharing). Fully customizable with your fonts and logo, it’s available in a vertical format for Google Docs or horizontal for Google Sheets, so you can work the way you prefer.

Because the most seamless projects don’t happen by accident. They’re documented, organized, and beautifully communicated.

Your talent’s not the problem. Your process is.

When every project runs a little differently, it’s not just frustrating— it’s expensive. Missed steps, unclear timelines, and constant backtracking add up fast, and your profit quietly takes the hit.

Our Interior Design Process Outline gives you a clear, repeatable system for smoother projects, happier clients, and a studio that actually runs like a business. Hundreds of designers are already using it. It’s been the difference between chaos and consistency.

Save this if you’re ready to tighten up your workflow, then head to the link in bio to get started.

Photography doesn’t just document your work. It defines how your work is understood.

Every image you share is shaping perception. It tells potential clients what level of detail you deliver, what kinds of projects you take on, and what it feels like to work with you. Which is why not every finished project needs to be photographed, or at least not positioned as a portfolio piece. The most strategic studios focus on documenting the projects that clearly represent where they’re going, not just where they’ve been.

The goal isn’t to capture everything. It’s to capture what aligns.

When you’re deciding what to invest in, ask: Does this project reflect the kind of work I want more of? If the answer is yes, it’s worth documenting at the highest level. If not, it may still have a place, but not necessarily as a lead portfolio feature.

Because the projects you choose to showcase today quietly shape the opportunities that come next. Are you photographing every project, or only the ones aligned with where you want your business to go?
