My Favorite Vacation Workout:
Set your phone timer for 12 minutes and complete this AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
5 Burpees
10 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
20 Squats

Take off your Lulu's!
I know you are thinking say what? Here me out..I know you have found your accountability and your scapegoat. You now have spent a trillion dollars on the cutest work out clothes in town, and you are thinking, "Darn it I look really cute, Austin is a casual town I'll stay in these clothes for the day" Big mistake! Come Saturday night you put on your favorite pair of skinny jeans and they are tight!!! What...why??? The problem..Those cute Lulu's are fabulously stretchy! This is where you loose you accountability towards how much you're eating! The tip put on something everyday that has a button and a zipper! Your waistline will thank you!!

Success Tip No. 2
Find your Scapegoat!
We tell our kids to blame us parents when they want to get out of something they shouldn't be doing. Why not use your Trainer, Spin Instructor, Boot Camp leader or training buddy as yours? You know you shouldn't order that dessert or order that 3rd glass of wine with dinner...Don't let whoever you are with influence you into undoing all your hard work!! Say "ooh I can't _____ will kill me" or you can always use me!

Sign up for a Boot Camp where the instructor cares enough to txt you when you don't show up
Find classes around town where the people get to know you well enough to ask where you have been
Hire a trainer
Accountability = Success!
