Calling all job seekers in the North Austin area! We have a new Business Center Manager role available. It is a full-time role. However, we would be happy to put forward multiple flex employee candidates (less than 40 hours/week) if we found candidates that were a great fit for the role.

We have several part-time roles which we are looking for qualified professionals. One is a Legal Writer role for approx. 10 hours/month. Contract Legal Writer
We are seeking a freelance writer to write monthly articles for publication on the company website. Topics include risk management, firm management, ethics, legal malpractice claim avoidance, current affairs, etc. Our staff will work with the writer to determine relevant topics. Writer is responsible for researching and writing the article (1000 words or more), including citing Texas State Bar Opinions, Texas Ethics Opinions and ABA Opinions, where relevant. This is a contract position, and is not an employment position with the company.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with client on a regular basis to brainstorm article topics
• Research and write one article (1000 or more words) per month
• Cite various sources where needed, linking to the source from the article
• Use Google docs to collaborate with client on editing and revisions
Qualifications:
• Familiar with Texas law
• Past or current lawyer licensed in Texas preferred
• Strong writing skills and ability to provide writing samples
• Ability to meet via zoom 1-2 times per quarter
• Familiar with Google Docs and Sheets
