We've had a full start to 2026, including this project in Fort Worth!

Two new murals in the heart of FW's historic Stockyards district.

Dallas artists Mariell Guzman and Daniel Yanez each brought their own visual language to the walls, introducing bold pattern, saturated color, and a deep respect for the place these murals now call home.

Between the two of them, you'll find longhorns, cacti, cowgirls, the Texas flag, and the building's own tagline: "In With The Bold."

Working with Featherston | Studio's modern interiors, we commissioned new and preserved existing artwork across office floors. The complete program is a story of tradition and innovation only TEL can tell.

Vinyl, mulberry paper, silk, clay, acrylic, aluminum - materials in the TIAA art collection create texture and depth.

Building richness through variety, the collection's materials invite closer inspection, offer movement, or provide a meditative backdrop for work.

Across each floor, artwork unites to create spaces that feel layered and complete.

Happy Friday! Two works from invite you to move through the weekend -

'Aquatic Breath' by Stallman Studio shifts as you do, the cut canvas edges create spectrums of color - blues to golds to greens - creating a dramatic sense of movement that follows your own.

'Elemental' by Hannah and Nemo hangs hundreds of aluminum can discs on wooden pegs, waiting for interaction. Air from a nearby vent, or the breath of a curious passer-by sets them off dancing.

Through movement and response, art becomes a part of the offices' living ecosystem.

The hands behind the vision - watch three artists from the TIAA Frisco Corporate Center Collection bring their work into being.

In "Heading West" by Laurie Carswell, cut and torn paper turns into a desert composition honoring both intention and discovery.

"First Light" by Anya Molyviatis uses woven cotton and mohair to build a dimensional textile landscape that responds to light throughout the day.

"There is Always Abundance" by Dana Kohlmann makes a dense, fantastical garden emerge from layers of acrylic gouache.

Across the collection, each artists' approach and process helps this space hold more meaning.

TIAA's new corporate center is finally complete and we're so excited to share what we've created together!

167 artworks now housed at this 15-story campus at The Star in Frisch. 76 majority local artists created works representative of regional identity and TIAA's commitment to sustainability, diversity and education.

Throughout the campus, artwork serves as social infrastructure that supports connection and community building. More to come!
