Spotlight on Installation 🔨 🖼️
This past week, we installed art for the Sinclair (The Sinclair), a brand-new student apartment in West Campus. Our project manager spent the day overseeing the final step of the months-long process of this art curation, ensuring every step was carried out seamlessly.
The Sinclair’s new art collection includes work from Texan artists Douglas Galloway and El Baker, brightening the space and creating a warm environment for the hundreds of students that will call it home.

Mural Supply Co. (Mural Supply Co.) alongside Sherwin-Williams and C&Z Enterprises donated this adorable mural to a local school here in Austin! We love giving back to the community, and this was a fun project to undertake with our long time collaborators at Mural Supply.

We visited Daniel Trelenberg (Daniel DANimal.art Trelenberg onlydans.art WILDANIMAL) at his wonderful home studio in Austin. Daniel gave us some great insights on his pieces (existing and upcoming!) and his creative process, all under the watchful eye of the cutest studio assistant, Oriana the cat.

Daniel’s art reflects his fascination with the native flora and fauna of Texas, the Southwest, and beyond— a whimsical and unique expression of his personal ideals of sustainable living and being good stewards of wildlife.

For their new Austin offices, Swinerton asked us to blend brand identity and local pride. Our art program achieved this through a blend of brand colors, construction themes, and exclusive use of Austin-based artists.

The opener to the collection by Anna Ganina champions women in construction; a few steps away, a massive hallway-spanning anamorphic mural by Lindsey Millikan challenges perspective. The Art Mines did an incredible job using the blueprints of WORKBENCH, the building housing their offices for which Swinerton served as GC, and turning it into a stunning triptych in orange and blue. Gabriel Portillo did three pieces for this collection, the largest of which being a detailed homage to Texas in Swinerton’s brand colors. Felipe Gómez made use of common construction materials for a dimensional, geometric work. Finally, El Baker’s lovely gouache prints adorn the walls of every conference room, work pod, and office.

Congrats to our office neighbors on a stunning new office and art program!

WORKBENCH is East Austin’s brand-new, state-of-the-art mass timber building… and the home of our new offices! We had an amazing time curating and commissioning work to add to this collection that we get to enjoy everyday.

Nutrabolt’s new Austin HQ, designed by is brilliantly designed, and calls for art that could feel just as considered.

We've had a full start to 2026, including this project in Fort Worth!

Two new murals in the heart of FW's historic Stockyards district.

Dallas artists Mariell Guzman and Daniel Yanez each brought their own visual language to the walls, introducing bold pattern, saturated color, and a deep respect for the place these murals now call home.

Between the two of them, you'll find longhorns, cacti, cowgirls, the Texas flag, and the building's own tagline: "In With The Bold."
