Casandra was recognized for her outstanding work as a classroom assistant during our recent new-hire training. Her positivity, enthusiasm, and passion for CRC helped create a welcoming experience for our newest team members and left a lasting first impression.

Our Dunlap, Tennessee, employees are at it again! Our great group of employees held a fundraiser for the Sequatchie Valley Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic, raising $215 in donations along with a host of supplies for the clinic (pictured with clinic founder Debbie Hoffman, a former CRC employee). Last year the clinic performed 4,364 surgeries. In the past five years, they've performed 21,569 total surgeries. What an impact!

Did you hear about the black bear that was recently roaming around Austin, Minn? The community named him Todd and he was quite the busy bear. He even stopped by during the weekend rush, slipped on a headset, and started taking calls. Turns out he's incredibly patient, a great listener, never puts anyone on hold and only requested payment in honey and occasional belly scratches.
10/10 customer service. Would hire again.
