CRC’s story began with a need: helping cooperatives continue serving members after the 1991 Halloween ice storm. What started as a solution created by 19 Midwest cooperatives has grown into a nationwide service partner for electric utilities. We’re pleased to have our journey featured on KSMQ’s Off 90 segment. Congratulations to Casandra T, customer service lead in our Dunlap, Tenn., office, on being selected as CRC's May 2026 Employee of the Month! 🎉

Casandra was recognized for her outstanding work as a classroom assistant during our recent new-hire training. Her positivity, enthusiasm, and passion for CRC helped create a welcoming experience for our newest team members and left a lasting first impression.

Our Dunlap, Tennessee, employees are at it again! Our great group of employees held a fundraiser for the Sequatchie Valley Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic, raising $215 in donations along with a host of supplies for the clinic (pictured with clinic founder Debbie Hoffman, a former CRC employee). Last year the clinic performed 4,364 surgeries. In the past five years, they've performed 21,569 total surgeries. What an impact!
