Be sure to find the support you need and if you don't already have a self-care plan, start thinking about how you can best take care of your emotional, physical and mental health. Staying connected to loved ones is so critical during times of forced isolation. Find activities that help boost your mood and monitor your thoughts if their susceptible to negativity.
