Interesting article. The "Yes" part of "Yes, and..." has always been more about the validation of the idea offered and the individual who is offering. It's about finding agreement through mutual respect, collaboration and an open-mindset It requires us to be Present, Listen to Understand, Adapt to Change and ultimately say Yes to exploration and discovery.

You do want everyone to get on board with whatever decision they ultimately reach together. You just don’t want that to happen right away.
