Tesla has begun the process of laying off employees, with many receiving an email notification at 3:45 AM. This sudden and unexpected move has left many workers in a state of confusion and worry, with some even stuck in traffic on their way to work as Tesla turns them away. Approximately 15-30k employees projected to be layed off.
