Reward day at SpareTime Entertainment in Owatonna! Games, laser tag (pics did not turn out), delicious taco bar, and bowling! The rain did not spoil our fun! Another great reward day to end our time together - we are sure going to miss our MTP girls! We hope your remaining summer days are wonderful, you have a great school year, and we get to see you next year!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our MTP girls! Here are just a “few” pictures that capture our night. Thank you to everyone who makes our program possible - our amazing staff, Danielle (and Gina) who helps us train for this, all our topic talk speakers, those who donate, those who volunteered tonight, Morgan Converse for coming out to take pictures for us (not these please check out her tagged post or her page for her wonderful pics) - and of course all the parents and family and friends who allow us to spend time and share their girls with us! This week has been a whirlwind of excitement from getting ready for our 5k, having fun together during our last day and finally celebrating all our hard work with our 5k run! First up - pur getting ready and final day photos - we had fun making thank you cards and posters, chalking up our 5k route, then of course ending our time together with a baby food challenge and some bubble gum fun!

School Bond Referendum November 3

The school board took action Monday night to place a $24.9 million referendum on the November 3 ballot. The funding will allow the District to improve safety, increase accessibility, mitigate water infiltration, update building systems and finishes, and complete needed repairs to keep the pool at Ellis Middle School operational. Information about the referendum can be found on the District's website at www.austin.k12.mn.us.
