Have been so busy with consulting and coaching it has been awhile since I have posted to professional page. I am having a lot of fun helping companies with their hiring processes and interviews as well as helping people navigate the landscapes of getting employed. There is a false assumption right now in Austin that just because jobs are plentiful in Austin that they are easy to get. I have two more spots that have opened for coaching as well. So I posted this on my personal page, but wanted to share here as well. I spent 24 years at a successful company and thought I knew how to coach. This was single handedly the hardest thing I have ever done professionally. I repurposed my website to be more specific about my services and to include the coaching. I took 200 hours of training and completed over 100 hours of real coaching with real clients. Not a subltle brag (well maybe a little ��), but want you to know that I didn't get some four hour "life coaching" certificate off the internet. I am offering 20 minute sample sessions for anyone interested. All you have to do is go to my website and schedule a 20 minute meet and greet. Very happy to have another tool in my leadership toolbox and a way to give back!
