His best friend since the age of two asked him for one favor.

"Help me open a dental practice."

Before that call, Emmet Scott had spent ten years in financial planning, watching entrepreneurs bring him money to invest instead of putting it back into their own businesses. He was hosting a radio show in Vegas called The Entrepreneur Life and doing consulting work that had nothing to do with dentistry.

But when his best friend called, he said yes.

Together, they co-founded Community Dental Partners and had a thousand patients in the first three weeks.๐Ÿ”ฅ

A second location followed. Then a third. Somewhere in the middle of all that growth, someone told Emmet that DSOs were "really evil" and that they might be doing something wrong.

Instead of backing away, he dug in.๐Ÿ’ก

What he found wasn't a villain. It was culture and structure. So he started a podcast called DSO Secrets to document everything he was learning, interviewing leaders and operators across the industry, and trying to make the business of dentistry less of a black box.

Fast forward.
