Before World War I, before the Titanic was built, before Ford built the first Model-T, it was 1903, and George Smith was a detective with the Dallas Police Department. Recognizing the correlation between Dallas’ rapidly-growing population and the residents’ growing need to protect themselves and their property, George created Smith Nightwatch.
