I get asked quite often what is my favorite swaddle? Hands down (no pun intended 😁) the Miracle Blanket is the best in my opinion! Even after parents are convinced their kiddo doesn’t “like” swaddles because they keep breaking free, this one has worked. I’ve seen so many babies go from squirmy and restless to calm and peaceful once wrapped up in this!

This isn’t a paid ad, just one of my favorite things.

So interesting!

New research finds that sleep problems in a baby's first 12 months may not only precede an autism diagnosis, but also may be associated with altered growth trajectory in a key part of the brain, the hippocampus.

This is what happy and well rested twins look like! Via my remote help, their parents got them sleeping through the night after only 3 days. That included the big transition to their cribs in their own room! 👶🏻💙👶🏻💗
