A lot of people say.
Its hard changing ticket companies. They get used to the system. their emails are all in there. The learning curve is difficult.
I understand.. 100%..
But you owe it to yourself in 2024 to get what you pay for and to start fresh with a company who values your business.
Holding on to outdated, expensive, corporate ticketing is literally against your best interests.
I highly suggest shopping around.. like insurance or healthcare..

2023:
Loop-1 may have shifted our focus towards sporting events and conventions. However, you can be sure we are still focused on concerts and events. Alot of our newest products are designed with concert promoters in mind.
Our biggest focus right now is helping our promoters with their brand awareness.. by utilizing our new widgets, you will never again send your customers to a ticketing site!

Loop-1 tickets doesn't buy our customers.
We pick them.
We don't raise your rates because we spent to much money buying these big promoters.
We don't sell your data to our bigger clients to make their ticket sales bigger because we paid to much to have them.
We rely on referrals from our great service.
We stay small out of choice. So that every client that puts trust in us to handle their important needs, customers, data, and financials, get the best service they will ever get from a ticketing company.

I know I say this a lot. But I have to say it again.
THANK YOU to all our LOOP-1 clients and customers.
2020 is shaping up to be a huge year. We appreciate all the feedback good and bad.
It has helped us grow as a company.

We have made significant progress on our platform with your help and your events in mind.
