All of us at FSG wish to congratulate David Jacobs (DJ) on your retirement! Thank you for your leadership and service to FSG Signs and to your team! DJ has been a leader in the Signs industry for over 7 years, and before that, in a similar role in Seattle for over a decade. He is also a licensed minister and has been bi-vocational for 20 years and will now be focusing 100% on his ministry Overcomers International. Congratulations to DJ and best wishes!

Last week the FSG Signs team welcomed visitors for our inaugural Oktoberfest customer appreciation event, as well as the “W.I.S.E” group (Women in Signs, Etc.) for a tour during their first ever conference. It was a great time talking about all the cool projects in process, and the future of the Signs industry. Thanks to Tony Thomas of Daktronics for bringing the EMC demo to showcase our Digital Signage capabilities. Thanks also to Wendy Graves for organizing the W.I.S.E. group’s visit, and to all who stopped by last week!

If you happen to be driving along I-10 in Akela Flats (near Deming), New Mexico, you won’t be able to miss Chiricahua Apache Plaza. The 100-foot pole sign fabricated and installed by FSG Signs beckons travelers to this vital oasis in the desert. Exterior building signage and interior wayfinding signs were also built by FSG Signs to indicate amenities throughout the 15,000 sq foot facility.

We’re thrilled about the buzz around these tower signs designed and fabricated for Houlihan Lokey by FSG Signs and installed by our team in Dallas!

Challenge: The signs needed to be installed over glass walls, which entailed engineering a frame for the face-lit channel letters that could be mounted safely and securely so as not to pe*****te the glass. We’re proud of the results, and Team FSG is thankful for the opportunity to partner with CBRE to help Houlihan Lokey stand out in the beautiful skyline of downtown Dallas.
